I volunteer at Sauder Historical Village, as an apprentice Cooper under the guidance of Chuck.. 

There are four Cooper's at Sauders ~ Kenny, Chuck, Jerry and Me

We wear "costumes" that are 1850's period!   Kind'a look Amish

The English surname Cooper is a descriptive name that was given to people in the middle ages who made wooden vessels such as barrels, tubs, buckets, casks, and vats.
